Sawmill operation: MORBARK rosserhead debarker with 3-strand 24' log deck, debarker handles logs 6" to 40" diameter, carbide cutter head, 50 HP on the headsaw and 25 HP runs hydraulics, 60' outfeed bark conveyor, log kicker to live outfeed conveyor to HELLE automatic mill, right hand, push-button electric setworks, saw cab, 3 headblocks, 12' carriage, hydraulic log turner, several sawblades 54" to 56", live outfeed conveyor, cants to 100' of green chain, boards to 6" BULL EDGER, using 2 to 7 blades, 40 HP 3-phase, slabs removed from outfeed conveyor by kicker to FULGHUM 48"whole log 6-knife chipper, 75 HP 3-phase 460v, 10 HP air compressor. PATZ barnsweep 100' sawdust conveyor. 10,000 to 15,000 bf daily production. All electrical included with electrical panels.
